Facilities and Business Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity for someone enthusiastic and proactive to take a first step into a locally based and expanding company in the renewable energy sector in England and Wales. Our clients are renewable energy developers, working hard to increase the amount of clean energy generation and renewable energy projects.
To support the growth plan of their business, our client is looking for a facilities & Business Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day running of their business for their growing number of employees. This is a varied role and the main purpose will be to pro-actively coordinate and administer allocated tasks related to the efficient and safe use of the facilities, acting as the primary interface with service providers and the landlord.
**Responsibilities -**
- Coordinate and administer allocated tasks related to the efficient and safe use of the facilities
- Supporting the business logistics
- Assist with overall office duties
- Oversee the activities in the building and the maintenance whilst ensuring all Health & Safety standards are met.
- Engage with landlord, building service providers to ensure the safe and compliant operation of the building
- Business Administration
- Managing the leased company vehicle fleet
- Purchasing of office supplies and equipment
- Supporting the organisation of company events and marketing material
- Administration of company website and social media accounts
- Assure H&S workplace compliance activities are undertaken
**Capabilities -**
- Proactiveness and enthusiasm to learn new skills
- Effective communication skills
- You can multitask, manage time effectively and plan your time.
- Able to use Microsoft software to a basic level
- Basic business acumen
- Experience of facilities or health & safety management is desirable but not essential

**Salary**:
- £27,000 - £32,000 DOE
