Join our team as a Case Coordinator, where your pivotal role in delivering Partner Finance services will make a significant impact. As a key player in managing transactions related to sensitive life events such as divorce, retirement, and exits, you'll be at the forefront of providing direct and empathetic support to our valued Partners. Recognising the strategic importance of our Business Succession Plan (BSP) in recruitment and retention, your dedication to delivering outstanding service and assistance throughout and after transactions is crucial.

Your responsibilities will encompass efficiently handling a spectrum of Partner Finance transactions, ensuring seamless allocation to completion. By taking ownership, demonstrating accountability, and proactively addressing any challenges, you'll contribute to the successful planning, project management, and resolution of issues. Upholding a standard of excellence, your clear and timely communication will strengthen partnerships and cultivate a high-quality service environment. **What you'll be doing**:

- Take ownership for own case load, ensuring delivery within appropriate SLA’s and agreed risk/control quality framework.
- Provide expert advice and mentorship to the Partnership and Field Management Team on all aspects of relevant Partner Finance transactions (e.g. BSPs, MBIs, Mergers and De-mergers).
- Responsible for ensuring the Partnership receive an appropriate level of service including regular and clear communications.
- Dedication to build Subject Matter Expertise on the business sale and purchase (“BSP”) proposition, lending policies, loan structuring and a range of Partner Finance transactions.
- Able to anticipate issues or risks and develop mitigating actions by working with a broad range of collaborators across the business.
- Proficient in handling competing priorities; demonstrating effective planning, organisation and delivery skills applied to daily workloads.
- Work closely with the wider Partner Finance division, in particular colleagues in Consultancy, New Lending and Operations
- Support Business Readiness plans for changes which have a direct impact on BAU service delivery within Case Management.

Who we're looking for:

- Strong understanding of case management principles is desirable
- Experience of managing transactions - acquisitions, disposals, business restructures is desirable
- Good understanding of small business transactions - acquisitions, disposals, restructures
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working across various systems (Salesforce, Bluedoor, Optymyze) and MS Excel / Power Apps.
- High levels of emotional intelligence, resilience and tact when dealing with a range of parties.
- The ability to build and influence a strong internal and external network is crucial; including technical and non-technical collaborators.
- Strong negotiation skills required, and an ability to remain impartial

**Special Requirements**

May be required to attend and travel to Partner Meetings and presentations within UK locations
