**What you’ll be doing**:
- Manage end to end interview booking process.
- Manage/triage Recruitment internal mailbox.
- Support Head of Interim Hires on team project co-ordination.
- Upload all correspondence relating to new requisitions to ATS.
- Responsible for managing interview notes.
- Responsible for Internal Job Board/Job Alerts.
- Support wider Talent Team with data reporting.
**Who we’re looking for**:
- CIPD (L3) or working towards beneficial.
- Employment Law knowledge advantageous.
- Experience of working within a Talent Function preferred (Agency or In-house).
- Experienced user of all Microsoft packages in particular diary management.
- MI and systems experience advantageous.
- An understanding of the services and products SJP provide.
- Able to build a strong network and develop high quality relationships with line leaders and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Able to manage conflicting priorities.
