**_Role_**
Forbes Solicitors are looking for a Quality Administrator and Auditor to join our Quality Team at our Blackburn Office. This is a full-time role working 36.25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm, however, part time working hours will be considered.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join our Quality Team, to either start their career or progress in their current career and bring their current skills and knowledge_ _to a collaborative and professional team. Whilst the role will be working to the fast-paced, customer focused and high standards of a law firm, the role will also provide a sustainable work-life balance and relate to the regional area in which it is based.

The role will be responsible for supporting the Quality Manager to deliver successful outcomes such as:

- Supporting the Firms ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems;
- Manage and maintain existing ISO 9001 Certification
- Produce quality reports;
- Plan internal quality audits throughout the business;
- Perform quality audits;
- Plan and facilitate external quality audits;
- Implement continuous improvement.;
- Ensure quality practices are being met and provide feedback on any issues;
- Support the importance of quality within the business;
- Work closely with other departments;
- Minute Quality Management Review meetings;
- Process documentation and administration;
- Administer annual review of procedures and policies;
- Data entry and development of Digital Dashboard;
- Work with Quality Manager and the Firm to implement two new standards ISO27001(Information Security) and ISO22301 (Business Continuity)
- Build rapport across the business to push the Firms quality standards.

- 5 GCSEs 9 to 4, or equivalent, including Maths and English Language;
- Previous experience working within administration is essential;
- Previous experience and knowledge of ISO9001, ISO27001 or ISO22301 is desirable;
- Previous experience of auditing is desirable;
- Good knowledge of IT systems, including, Word and Outlook;
- Good organisational and communication skills;
- Have the ability to work unsupervised and good self-motivation skills;
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and be reliable and enthusiastic;
- have excellent attention to detail;
- the ability to touch type would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
