Our clients are seeking a Business Administration Apprentice with strong organisational skills for effective task management, excellent communication abilities to liaise with teams, and adept problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenges.

Additionally, attention to detail ensures accuracy, while adaptability allows for flexibility amidst changing project dynamics. Ethical integrity remains paramount, emphasising honesty, transparency, and commitment to meeting both client and organisational needs.

**Job Duties**:

- Undertake general administration and secretarial functions, providing crucial support to staff engaged in the delivery and management of diverse business support projects / programmes
- Act as a liaison, ensuring effective communication within the organisation and with external partners
- Plan, organise, and administer project / programme events
- Uphold excellent levels of customer service during events, contributing to networking, training, awareness, and outreach initiatives
- Maintain project / programme records and spreadsheets, suggesting improvements for enhanced efficiency
- Collate information. Monitor projects and budgets and ensure accurate documentation
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support for projects and programmes
- Deliver exemplary customer service to all enquiries, clients, and partners, reflecting the organisation's commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction
- Assist other staff involved in the various business support projects / programmes on an as-needed basis, promoting teamwork and project cohesion
- Contribute to essential administrative tasks related to project management, including document management and data entry

**Skills Required**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems, online portals, and other relevant tools is also essential
- Experience in social media management, including responding to enquiries, engaging in dialogue, and promoting projects, is essential
- Relevant experience of working in or with a business support/training environment is desirable
- Self motivated, shows initiative, willingness to learn

**Qualifications**
GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade A*-C/9-4)

**Apprenticeship Details**

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
