**Short Description**
- To work within our client service and business support team providing administration support to the team and wider business.
- Reporting to the Head of Client Services & business Development,
- To cover all front of house duties and provide business support to the Management and Client Services team.
- To provide high quality administrative support and assistance.

**Front of house duties**:

- Welcoming all Clients and Visitors on site, in line with Granby’s policies and procedures.
- Hospitality - responsible for providing refreshments and lunches for Clients & Visitors.
- Conference room management - maintain room booking system and keep room tidy.
- Screen, monitor, and distribute incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
- First point of contact, maintaining a high level of professionalism when interacting with client /suppliers to project positive company image.

**Administrative**:

- Deliver all work activity within timescales to SLA.
- Refer issues to the Line Manager through escalation procedures.
- Build excellent relationships and understand the specific requirements.
- Ensure efficient administration process for all projects.
- Prioritise daily workload and communicate any issues to Line Manager.
- Work closely with other team members to deliver an effective service.
- Contribute to team meetings and seek ways to improve the business.
- Carry out additional tasks as required by the business.
- Provide a high-quality administrative support service as required.
- Assist in the development of presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Monitor stock levels by checking inventory to identify out-of-stock items and place order for supplies.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.

GSCE English and Maths, Grades A*-C or 4-9
