Kirklees Citizens Advice and Law Centre wishes to appoint a Telephone & Digital Assessor to provide general information and advice to members of the public calling the KCALC telephone advice line or requesting assistance by digital means. The majority of enquiries relate to welfare benefits, debt, housing and employment issues, but calls cover a wide range of advice needs and no two calls are ever the same.
