Raise House Residential Children’s Home, (Ofsted rated ‘Good’), are looking for committed and resilient Residential Support Workers to provide high quality day-to-day care to our children and young people.

As a member of Raise House, you will create positive relationships with our children and young people in order to meet their various needs, taking responsibility as a key worker. You will know how to work as part of a dedicated team and also be pro-active and consistent in your approach to safeguarding and supporting our young people through effective engagement in their daily routines and activities.

All Residential Support Workers should have a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare as a minimum or another relevant qualification; or be willing to study towards gaining this qualification.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.95 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
