About The Role

We are looking for an organised, energetic and dependable HR generalist to join our growing Employee Success Team.

This role requires an individual to be incredibly detailed oriented, ambitious, continuously seeking professional development and enjoys being adaptable whilst working in a fast paced environment.

This is a newly created exciting role playing an important part in shaping EMEA team culture and employee experience being involved in company wide employee success global projects. This role is London based however, some travel may be required as the EMEA region grows in the future.

**In This Role, You Will**:
Partner with the Employee Success Manager, EMEA for people operations and employee experience related projects.
Manage all people related administration and coordination for the teams in the UK and Ireland including employee data, onboarding, performance reviews, performance management, offboarding, reporting etc

**Own all benefits related tasks including but not limited to**: benefits administration, upkeep, partnerships with external vendors and provide continuous benefits education to the EMEA team across both countries.
Provide oversight and compliance for all workforce requirements.
Continuously build content in effort to create self service for EMEA people queries wherever possible.
Provide support and serve as a point of contact for employee communications with our EMEA employees.
Be a key partner in the Global People Operations team to participate in global projects.
Manage team and talent initiatives with the EMEA leadership team to ensure they have the tools, resources and support to deliver people related initiatives.
Be a key partner in the Global People Operations team to participate in global projects.
Serve as an ambassador of the G2 Culture in EMEA including our ERGs and all DEI efforts.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a high-growth organisation
Be a naturally curious problem solver, well organised, detail-oriented, strong communicator, with the ability to change focuses quickly as needed
Exposure to managing employee benefits
Proven ability to handle confidential information
Ability to interface at all levels of the organisation and build collaborative relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment (involving diverse cultures and different geographies) with high volume workload and strong deliverables

**What Can Help Your Application Stand Out**:
Have experience working across international benefits, specifically in the UK and Ireland
Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field
Project management experience
