Your Mission:
As the Head of Sales, you will have a broad spectrum of responsibilities including:
- Empowering Success: Lead and manage a dynamic sales team, equipping them with the skills and motivation they need to achieve unparalleled success.- Strategic Insights: Gather and maintain critical competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies that outperform competitors.- Driving Growth: Implement sales strategies in alignment with annual budgets and global guidelines, taking charge of the sales pipeline, forecasting, and analysis.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various business units and teams to expand sales opportunities, enhance cross-selling initiatives, and align sales and marketing efforts for common goals.- Corporate Strategy: Play a key role in the GTS International Leadership Team, contributing to the overall company strategy and success

Your Profile:
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Sales Leadership: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership within the technology sector, with a track record of leading high-performing sales teams.- Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of software sales and marketing, especially in launching products in new markets.
