**Key Responsibilities**:

- Building the brand’s organic presence on our social media channels
- Driving engagement and advocacy for the brand across social channels
- Blog content. Researching and writing blog articles on current market trends.
- Planning and creating high-quality content using key content pillars and current trends
- Working on a test-and-learn basis with a monthly round-up presenting what has worked well and what hasn’t
- Working with our sales & marketing teams to plan seasonal and product-based content
- Perform research on current trends and audience preferences
- Oversee the design of social media accounts and be the forefront of leveraging new channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the industry.
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

**Insight and data**
- To analyse customer data and present insights and analysis to shape future plans and activity
- To provide weekly reports to a Head of Marketing

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Have hands-on experience in content management
- Be able to write compelling copy apt for the business audience
- Ability to create content (image, video, gif animations)
- Great organisation and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
- A confident and articulate person with excellent communication skills and impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Desire to develop
- Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
- Ideally with experience from a market selling FMCG products and weekly repeat ordering

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
- Social media: 2 years (required)
- ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar AI tools (interest & desire to learn)
- Experience working with editing video, photo and design software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000 - £32,000 per year
