Location
Canolfan Noddfa Caernarfon but the officer will also be required to work regularly in Bangor and Talysarn

Purpose of the Post.
Ensuring that the people of Gwynedd are central to everything we do.
The Administrative and Finance Officer will work within Gwaith Gwynedd. The officer will support the development of the implementation of the Skills Plan (SPF) supporting the manager to ensure that the target outputs are reached and that the project runs smoothly.

C4W is a Welsh Government programme tackling poverty though sustainable employment providing intensive employment mentoring and support. C4W is supported by EU funds and is a high profile national backbone ESF Operation.).
The Finance and Monitoring Officer (Communities for Work) will work within the Communities for Work (C4W) Local Delivery Team based within the Gwynedd Communities First Cluster. The officer will support the development of the Communities for Work operations, in accordance with Welsh Government and European Structural Fund Guidance and priorities.
The post will focus particularly on financial compliance in accordance with European Structural Funds Regulations. Communities for Work operates under Priorities 1 and 3 of the 2014-20 European Social Fund Operational Programmes
Ensure that the people of Gwynedd are at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibility for functions. e.g. staff, budgets, equipment
Specific budgets allocated to the project
Personal equipment (IT equipment, mobile phone etc)
