About Us
We are a wholesale Jewellery brand, we specialise with everything from precious metals to gemstones. Our head office is based in Hatton Garden London, where we form a friendly, well-established but growing business. We are currently looking to recruit a confident Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our at our Hatton Garden Store where you will be the face of the store, offering a quick, reliable and friendly service to our clients.

What your roles will be:

- Clienteling - building strong relationships with clients to create repeat business
- Sales - working on the shop floor on a day to day basis
- Taking Jewellery orders and passing them over to the production team
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times
- Communicate with senior level managment on a day to day basis
- Working toward set KPI's

- Happy to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to multi-task and prioritise
- A clear interest in the Jewellery industry
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred
- A jewellery making qualification or relevant experience is ideal, but not essential
- Team spirit, you’ll need to be prepared to get involved in whatever it takes to get the job done.

Our working week is Monday - Friday 10:00-5:00pm hours, with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£19,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
