Our client is looking for an exceptional Administrator to join to support their Programmes Department to support both University Staff and Students.

**Essential Experience**:

- 5 GCSEs at grades A - C including Maths and English, or equivalent.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and student record systems.
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience within a similar co-ordination role
- 2 years minimum of working in an Administration role

**Desirable Experience**:

- Relevant previous administrative experience in a team working role in an educational environment.
- Experience of student record systems and extracting information for a variety of reports.
- Knowledge and understanding of student related issues
- A flexible approach to working hours when required.
- Welsh speaking

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for all Programme related information from students and University staff.
- Manage programme documentation such as student handbooks and other related documentation, ensuring that it is accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative support for all Programme and Departmental meetings, ensuring that all relevant papers are available via SharePoint.
- Develop and maintain Departmental areas on the School’s Sharepoint site.
- Assist Programme Directors and the School Placement Team with administrative support
- Co-ordinate the attendance and participation monitoring of all students within the Programmes
- Assist the Student Support Officer as required
- Management of the Departmental Archive (examination papers, assessments and all related paperwork).
- Continually review and update procedures and systems within area of responsibility and share best practices
