**Responsibilities**:
- Organise and maintain office operations and procedures
- Type, format, and edit documents
- Computerise data and maintain electronic filing systems
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when handling calls
- Carry out clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in an Administrative role
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
- Proficient organisational skills to manage office operations effectively
