Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to athletes in various sports disciplines. Your role will involve educating and motivating athletes to improve their skills, develop teamwork, and achieve their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop training programs and practice schedules for athletes
- Teach fundamental skills and techniques specific to each sport
- Plan and lead practice sessions, drills, and scrimmages
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to athletes
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among athletes
- Organize and coordinate team participation in competitions and tournaments
- Monitor athlete progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
- Ensure the safety of athletes during practices and games
- Collaborate with other coaches, parents, and staff to create a positive sports environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sports Coach or relevant role
- Strong knowledge and expertise in one or more sports disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks
- CPR/AED certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or related field (preferred)

We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position with flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
