We are now looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our Admin team, where you will provide support to the Home Manager.
**Duties and Responsibilities.**
- Liaise with facilities manager in coordinating all maintenance works within the homes and all rental properties within the timescales laid out.
- To plan and coordinate all works at Springcare and it's related properties. Ensuring that all works are carried out within set timescales adhering to health and safety at all times.
- Oversee timescales on work
- Manage daily adhoc tasks that come in
- Lead on screwfix orders
- Lead on the faultfixers system
- Book compliance
- Manage the programme of works for the maintenance team.
- Ensure action is taking from reports such as fire assessments and creating the plan of action and meeting it's timescales.
**What are we looking for?**
High organisation as it is a role in a very busy department with a lot going on
Hold NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent
Able to prioritise work load
Good organisational skills
Good telephone manner

Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
