Extraordinary lives. Outstanding people.

The life of every resident we proudly care for is extraordinary, rich in history and unique life stories. We are Caring Homes, one of the UK’s leading providers of nursing, residential and dementia care. We have beautiful homes in locations nationwide and we’re still growing. And we know that genuine care is delivered by passionate people who go above and beyond to help every resident live life to the full.

As a Wellbeing Coordinator you’ll play a key role in developing personal activity plans that help every resident live life to the full and live as independently as possible. We understand what matters to our residents and their families, and by building trusted relationships, you’ll understand every resident’s’ past, so you can create a future life in our home that is varied, fulfilling, healthy and enjoyable.

About the role

In this role, you’ll balance listening skills with motivational ideas. You’ll listen to the wishes of every resident, the hopes of every family and the health and safety needs of our carers and nurses. You’ll then motivate every resident with a plan that they are excited by and inspire the team around you to deliver activities and ideas that bring out the best in the people we passionately care about.

The skills you’ll need

Above and beyond

If you share a passion for going above and beyond in your desire to bring out the best in every resident, you’ll find a business that will listen to, and learn from, your suggestions and recommendations. And when you want to go further, we’ll go above and beyond for you - helping you develop more in your role by giving you access to the training and qualifications you need to build a great career. And as a business that specialises in dementia care, everyone who works here is offered our award-winning dementia training.
