**WHAT TO EXPECT**

We are pursuing an accomplished Group Product Owner, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our Propulsion Controls department.

You will be instrumental in the team delivering new and updated traction modules into our latest vehicle lines. From within your group, your team will deliver the control hardware, software and calibration.

You will be at the forefront of interacting with key stakeholders in Propulsion and across the business to define the product requirements and deliverables. You will work with Chapter Leads to define the team and squads needed to deliver your products.

Your mission? To work collaboratively and cross-functionally to deliver the Group goals. You will foster a strong team spirit and inspire the team to work together to achieve their goals. You will help the development and growth of the team by giving timely, effective feedback as well as working with Chapter Leads to help develop their growth plans and identify training needs.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the technical programme delivery of Traction Controls HW, SW and calibration
- Project tracking and escalation using JLR Metrics (AIMS2/3, RMDV, ITP, DV tracking - training will be provided if needed)
- Managing suppliers, and managing against budgets
- Driving common processes across the team to manage the integration activity
- Alignment with related groups and Chapters across the JLR Engineering and wider organisation

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Ability to deliver Calibration and Controls Projects
- Proven ability to build strong, valuable relationships at all levels of the business Excellent knowledge of Propulsion / Powertrain Systems
- Experienced in project delivery throughout the entire lifecycle
- Experience of key SW and cyber legislation (e.g. ISO26262, UNECE155/6, ASPICE)
- Experienced in project delivery throughout the entire lifecycle
