Community Field Coordinator

GR8 Communications is an outsourced provider for a number of brand companies, who retain our services for sales and marketing activities. You may be involved in activities for a range of campaigns, including, but not limited to Opus Broadband.
Opus Broadband is a new high capacity / high performance broadband network which operates in the East Lancashire, Fylde Coast and Greater Manchester areas which is looking to expand their customer base. Their innovative network uses fibre optic cables and wireless technology to deliver broadband fibre speed internet to communities at affordable prices.
We are looking for a **Community** **Field Sales Coordinator** to work closely with our field based community field sales representatives team. Someone who is able to organise an effective coordination of community field representatives in specific geographical areas within the North West. Someone who can offer support to the internal support teams and liaise closely with the Sales Manager regarding all field based activity.
Act in a managerial manner to make sure we expand the reach of our telecoms network and meet community campaign targets. Producing accurate data to the Sales team, to upsell the field campaigns.
**Duties and Responsibilities - Community Field Sales Coordinator**
Overseeing the effective delivery of campaigns through organising effective route planning and schedules.
Manage a team of Community field sales representatives who will be speaking to consumers to expand the reach of our telecoms network.
Meet strict deadlines and targets to achieve growth for the company.
Plan and review drop off and collection times according to specific campaign requirements.
Ensuring staff are appropriately organised and directed to the appropriate collection/drop off point
Deliver training to team where needed and making sure up to date on any new campaigns
Managing team issues and scheduling rotas and work in line with campaign needs.
Managing campaigns by collecting marketing collateral and sourcing whatever is required to deliver an effective campaign.
**Requirements - Community Field Sales Coordinator**
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent customer skills and persuasive skills
- Flexible and possess good problem solving abilities;
- Be Highly organised.
- Capable of route planning and supervising logístical activity;
- Collaborating with various departments
- Able to organise and manage large numbers of field based staff
- Willing to learn and take on appropriate training;
- Willing to work outside normal hours should they be required;
- Possess the ability to work in a fast
- paced demanding business
- Hold a full current diving license. - A special licence is not required and all relevant training will be provided but you must be confident to drive a mini bus.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
