Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Enter orders into the system promptly and accurately
- Answer incoming customer calls and take orders or resolve queries
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details or resolve any discrepancies
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed
- Assist in resolving any order-related issues or complaints

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in order processing or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
