Offset Print & Packaging is a manufacturer of printed retail packaging. We are focussed on providing high levels of product quality, matched with excellent customer service.
The role of Customer Service & Sales Co-ordinator will focus on providing a high level of pro-active service to existing and new customers. There will also be interaction with the ‘Technical Order Processing’ team to ensure flexibility/cover between internal sales and operations.
- **Main Responsibilities**:_
- Managing customer enquiries from initial receipt of project brief, in liaison with the External Sales Team and/or Customers.
- All related paperwork including issuing quotations, order confirmations/acknowledgements, purchase orders, sales invoice raising/checking, etc.
- Associated duties to give total internal support and service to designated, high-profile brands/customers.
- Internal liaison with our planning, technical ordering and finance departments to collate requisite job/customer information.
- Managing all necessary logistics and warehousing for delivery of finished goods.
- Input, record, update and maintain customer and job data and customer interaction on the SOP (Shuttleworth) system.
- To resolve customer queries and complaints to the customers' satisfaction so the Company’s reputation is maintained.
- Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth functioning of new and existing accounts.
- To establish a working relationship with designated customers and business contacts.
- Actively participating in and contribute towards continuous individual development and team targets.
- Other duties deemed necessary to ensure smooth running of the customer service department.

- Previous experience of working in Customer Service

- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to build relationships with the customers while achieving business targets
- Understanding of Gross Profit and profit margins
- Experience of working within the packaging sector would be advantageous
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, namely Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
- Organised, methodical and logical approach to work
- Full UK driving licence required (Travelling to occasional external customer meetings may be occasionally required via car or public transport)
- Good educational standard, English and Maths are essential
