Internal Sales Executive

I am working with a construction distributer based in Aylesford who are looking for an internal sales advisor.
The internal sales advisor will be responsible for providing internal sales from a conversion from orders. You will also build key relationships externally with customers.
Day to day duties for the internal sales advisor include:
- Follow up and file quotations issued to check competitiveness and to secure sales.
- Provide feedback on pricing levels to Managers.
- Maintain content and accuracy of sales daybook.
- Assist with project tracking of potential business.
- Answer general customer enquiries, advising product availability, delivery dates, transport schedules, and product lead-times promptly and accurately
- Deal with customer complaints in a fair and reasonable manner to resolve problems quickly and satisfactorily for all parties concerned.
- Proactively call nil spend/dormant/targeted accounts as requested by Management.
- Respond to telephone sales enquiries, pricing in accordance with current guidelines, to maximize their profitable conversion to orders.
The suitable experience and skills required for the sales advisor:
- Customer focused
- Good communicator
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Results driven
- Previous sales experience 1-3 years min
- IT literate (previous experience using CRM would be preferred)
