**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join our People Function partnering with our Logistics (hourly and monthly paid) Mission. You'll be joining one of the fastest growing global tech solutions companies and steering all cyclical and ad-hoc reward activities.

**You will be**:

- Providing hourly pay research including any newly opened UK sites
- Maintaining and analysing market benchmarking data
- Providing advice to client groups on reward queries
- Supporting the Head of Reward and Benefits to deliver any company wide initiatives, programmes or reward education to Logistics
- Working closely with HR teams to ensure knowledge exchange and enable HR colleagues to support compensation activities with their clients in accordance with guidelines
- Liaise with business areas to deliver all cyclical reward activities and new product launches (i.e. annual salary and bonus review)

**We're looking for**:

- Excellent Excel skills (vlookups, Pivots tables, advanced IF Statements)
- Experience of working with spreadsheets (we use Google Docs)
- Experience managing, using and analysing large data sets
- Ability to tell important stories through data to support decision making
- Good understanding of compensation and reward initiatives
- Good written communication skills and excellent stakeholder management
- Experience supporting pay negotiations with employee unions and delivering annual pay review cycles is desirable but if you haven't done this we'll teach you
