**Life on the team**

Following a career progression for our current Team Leader, the Customer Insight team is looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage our team of Business Analysts & Co-ordinators and provide effective guidance.

So, what do we do?

Customer Insight is part of the Customer Experience Team, working within Group Development. We are a Group Function, providing a systematic approach for collecting customer feedback and deriving insights that can lead to change.

As Team Leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, and the first point of contact for new EUF implementation requests so your communication skills and delegation skills should be excellent. You will be accountable for EUF performance and investigation volumes. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

The role will suit someone who is an experience Team Leader, or who has previous Operational Management experience and a strong understanding of Computacenter systems and processes, and a desire to work in an autonomous role, taking responsibility for team performance and helping drive the success of the Voice of the Customer programme across the Group.

This role will offer you the chance to drive you career in several directions. You will have a level of autonomy to develop this position, working closely with several different stakeholders internally.

**What you’ll do**
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day operation, including individual 1-2-1s and team absence.
- Create an inspiring and motivational team environment.
- Manage project pipeline and assist with project governance.
- Monitor team performance and report on key performance indicators.
- Accountability for EUF scores, processes, and reporting
- Organise and coordinate content for Customer Insight quarterly meetings.
- Manage training needs, programmes and provide coaching
- Recognise high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Management of stakeholder relationships across the Group and with customers

**What you’ll need**
- Experience in leading a team to achieve successful outcomes.
- Knowledge and experience of relevant Computacenter management systems and HR processes/policies
- Enthusiasm to take ownership of a team and drive performance.
- Desire to innovate, add value and steer improvements and efficiencies across the team and its processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to act as part of a project team and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent time management skills
