**What you'll be doing**:

- Working with the programmer and international team to find out the upcoming excursions for each group.
- Book all transport for excursions.
- Check the transport report to ensure that the expected transport is booked for excursions and international arrivals and departures.
- Liaising with international customer services team to ensure that excursions are booked to meet the expectations of international groups.
- Liaising with international groups on centre to ensure they understand the plan for the day.
- Organise and book all excursions for Kingswood Camps.
- Book all attractions required for excursions.
- Check incoming invoices to ensure they match with bookings made.
- Book pack lunches to ensure dietary requirements are met.
- Monitor arrivals and departures and liaise with activities to ensure staff go to collect arriving groups.
- Make up packs for all excursions and hand them to the excursion leader on departure.
- Be available to ensure all excursions leave on time with the right resources.
- Ensure accurate record keeping of all transport.
- Elicit feedback on excursions and make improvements based on the feedback.
- Provide feedback on staff on excursions to ensure effective monitoring of excursions.
- Ensure party leader noticeboard is up to date with information about upcoming excursions.
- Build rapport and relationships with customers (schools, parents and colleagues) to ensure delivery of a one stop shop customer service by professional handling/responding to incoming queries/amendments from internal and external customers in line with company standards.
- Manage all internal and external communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Working with all other teams and departments ensuring a one-stop-shop approach to customer service

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
- Proven Customer Service skills
- A willing and flexible approach with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Good organisational skills and ability to use own initiative.
- Ability to remain calm when under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience of working within a travel and/or logistics background would be advantageous.
- Understanding of office IT products including MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Willingness to develop and learn new skills.
- An enhanced DBS check will be required.
