Reed Recruitment are excited to be working with one of our best clients that are on the hunt for a new Operations Administrator. Our client is a fantastic 3rd sector organisation who are market leaders in their field and have a fantastic reputation.

The main purpose of the role is to oversee the day-to-day administration of the operations department through communication and management of various internal systems, ensuring appropriate policies and procedures are always adhered to.

**_Key duties:_**
- Develop and document compliance procedures for all contractor/supplier relationships relating to fleet, mobile and stationary plant equipment
- Maintain Fleet Management System
- Monitor compliance for Goods Vehicle Operators Licence
- Maintain system that captures daily vehicle safety checks
- Analyse data from vehicle telematics system with view to create improvements in efficiency
- Monitor plant equipment maintenance program
- Provide administrative support for Health & Safety reporting
- Provide administrative support for Operations Training Programme
- General department administration support

- Methodical and diligent organisational skills
- Outstanding planning skills
- An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
- Good attention to detail
- Strong administration experience
