**Research Associate
- Executive Search and Market Analyst**

**Location: Central London, Mayfair**

External qualifications in Investor Relations and Environmental, Social, and Governance are available as part of a structured professional development program.

Executive Search
- The Industry

You will be a fully integrated and critical member of the research and delivery team. You will have the opportunity to work across the three core business areas, assisting clients in Building Better Boards through enhanced Effectiveness, Alignment, and Composition.You will have a high level of responsibility and impact in shaping the business and affecting its performance. Through the business, you will have plenty of client contacts such as senior business leaders.

**The Role Responsibility of Research Associate**
- Research-based Market mapping
- Pitching to Clients
- Communication with high-net-worth individuals
- Working to targets and deadlines
- Having a meticulous understanding of your market Professional and high-achieving office environment

**Who are you?**

To work within the executive search sector, you need to have extreme resilience and drive.

- A recent grad from a top University
- Involved in extracurricular activities
- Proven track record of success
- An Analytical mindset
