Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented researcher with a passion for executive search? I have an opportunity for a talented Executive Search Researcher to join a boutique search firm, specialising in senior management and C-suite placements across a wide variety of industry sectors, in the UK and overseas.

The business takes pride in delivering exceptional executive search solutions to its clients across various industries. As experts in senior management and C-suite placements, the executive search team is committed to finding top-tier talent that drives organizational success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for senior management and C-suite roles.
  2. Utilise various sourcing methods, including database searches, networking, and market mapping, to build candidate pipelines.
  3. Engage with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, motivations, and fit for specific roles.
  4. Collaborate closely with the executive search consultants and partners to understand client requirements and develop targeted search strategies.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the firm’s database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in executive search or high level contingent recruitment research is essential.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate databases and online resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level professionals in face to face meetings, online and by telephone.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy.
