Principal Associate / Executive Search Researcher / Lead


We are seeking to fill a pivotal new hire for one of our clients: a multi-sector Principal Associate/Senior Client-Facing Research, Execution, and Delivery Lead within Retained Executive Search.


The ideal individual should be an expert at leading the execution of multiple complex retained search mandates simultaneously, particularly in managing senior-level client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of services, significantly alleviating operational demands on the leadership team.
  • Directing and executing advanced talent research projects, designing, and implementing strategic talent mapping and pipelining initiatives.
  • Managing complex D/VP/C-suite/CxO/Executive level client relationships with high credibility and confidence.
  • Collaborating with international organisations to understand their unique talent needs and help develop tailored solutions.
  • Conducting executive talent research to identify and attract elite professionals.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with internal teams and clients to align talent strategies with business objectives.
  • Utilising unique global data resources and sector knowledge to achieve unparalleled talent outcomes.
  • Advocating for client brands in the talent market, enhancing their appeal to potential candidates.
  • Delivering impactful, results-oriented talent solutions, maintaining the client’s reputation for excellence.
  • Navigating intricate client engagements with professionalism and tact, building and maintaining trust.


Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in talent research, executive search, or related fields, with a focus on complex client engagement and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated capability in communicating, negotiating, and managing senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of global talent markets and sophisticated recruitment practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective client and candidate engagement.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and recruitment software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
