**Location**:Flexible working conditions, in which you will be expected to work two days a week in our London offices and three days from your own location.

**Salary**:£28k - £32k

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reporting - you will work with the team to deliver regular, insightful reports to our clients. You will endeavour to develop these constantly as well as tailoring them to specific client needs.
- Insight - you will get to know client’s accounts inside out and be able to provide insightful information when called upon. With this you will aid in the presentation of strategies and proposals, drawing upon your understanding of the data behind our portfolio of clients.
- Dashboards - you will develop dashboards for both internal and external use that provide quick overviews on key points related to marketplace management.
- Content - you will use keyword research and data analysis to update or create new written content for our clients. You will be expected to regularly review this across our portfolio.
- Keyword Research - you will be a point of contact for keyword implementation across organic and advertising platforms.
- Case management - you will be capable of resolving issues and be outcome orientated.
- FBA - you will help advise and run fulfilment tasks for our seller clients.
- You will be directed on how to build A+ and brand stores that are aligned to our clients’ brand values and the user journey.
- Automation - you will work on self-driven projects to automate reporting, data collection and processes for the various teams you work with.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Marketplace Development - you will research new Amazon marketplace opportunities for our clients and work with new datasets to provide growth opportunities to our portfolio.
- Tools - you will research new tools and developments within Amazon that maybe useful to our team or our clients.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
You are team player and experienced to fulfil a role in a new business with a growing team. You possess knowledge of sales & marketing and have solid technical skills. You are driven by data, and you utilise this to drive positive outcomes for clients through SEO enabled content, developing and optimise product listings and online campaigns. You understand how to drive profitable online sales on Amazon and maximize the returns for clients.

- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- To be successful in this role you will already be working within a Marketplace position.
- You will have demonstrable experience dealing with multiple online marketplace platforms and have experience within Amazon’s Vendor and Seller Central interfaces.

**Technical competency**
- Preferred Degree level qualifications with 1+ years’ experience with marketplaces
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- You must be extremely organized and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
