The Strategic Account Services Pro Program helps medium and large-sized businesses on Amazon. Our team of consultants provides strategic advice with a data-driven, collaborative and customer-focused approach. Our consultants focus on topics like Portfolio Optimization, Product Presentation, Advertising Strategy, Promotions, Fulfillment Strategy, and Brand Building. As a Marketplace Consultant, you will advise a portfolio of 12-14 businesses and help them grow fast by mastering the fundamentals of selling on Amazon.
Given the early stage of this program (founded 2021), you will have the opportunity to take ownership in various projects, help evolve the program and develop expertise in a focused topic area. You will also closely collaborate with Amazon colleagues on a national and European level.

The Strategic Account Services (SAS) program seeks to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction and enable scalable growth solutions through direct cooperation with our teams across the EU.

SAS is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Consultant to develop Selling Partners and to help grow our newly launched Paid Services programs. Our SAS Pro program is a growth service targeting tenured and innovative sellers in their stages of growth. These sellers span a wide range of categories from fashion to consumables. The Marketplace Consultant is responsible for working with a group of 12-14 Selling Partners, offering support with creative marketing and advertising, optimizing supply chain, and strategizing deal plan to drive sales. This is an opportunity to shape a key growth program in Amazon’s EU marketplace and support the growth of our medium and large Selling Partners.

The Marketplace Consultant will be responsible for building long-term relationships with decision makers. You will work closely alongside colleagues in Europe, and have many opportunities to develop your career at Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 12-14 Selling Partners to drive sustainable revenue growth, based on a solid understanding of marketplace programs, tools and processes.
- Analyze customer data on the efficiency of listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals and provide strategic recommendations to maximize the sellers’ potential.
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your Selling Partner portfolio. Use key metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners for SAS based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs.
- Understand and utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce to track all pertinent account information and sales progress.
