RPS are seeking a
**Part Time**
**A**
**dministrator** for our WasteWater team based in the
**Sheffield** office. We are looking for someone to support this busy and vibrant team who will be responsible for ensuring all day-to-day tasks run smoothly.
You will work alongside and be supported by the wider Admin Team, following set procedures and processes to deliver an efficient service to our client and team members.
The role could suit someone returning to work or looking to develop a career in office support and is a
**part time** position, approximately fifteen hours worked over five days.
You will be based in the Sheffield office but may be required to travel the Derby office on occasion.
**What you’ll be doing**
- ** **Assist with day-to-day office administration
- Support the Office Manager to maintain health and safety in our office
- General Administrative assistance and business support duties
- Answering incoming communications
- Book hotels, hire cars as required
- Place orders for office supplies etc
- Ensure weekly electronic timesheets are input on time for the office (RPS system Sharpowl)
- Perform routine administrative tasks (including dealing with incoming and outgoing post, operation of standard office equipment etc.
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the RPS WasteWater offices

- Previous office based administrative experience is required
- Competent user of the MS office suite
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Self-motivated to do a great job
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
