**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated volunteer gardener to help maintain and enhance our gardens. As a volunteer gardener, you will play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and therapeutic outdoor space for our residents to enjoy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planting, watering, and weeding flower beds and borders
- Pruning shrubs and trees
- Maintaining lawns, including mowing and edging
- Seasonal planting and garden planning
- Assisting with garden-based activities for residents, such as planting workshops or garden tours
- Ensuring tools and equipment are used safely and stored properly

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Passionate about gardening and the outdoors
- Reliable and able to commit to regular volunteering hours
- Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- No prior gardening experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential
