**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a service supporting 3 people. This service will be supporting people with disabilities, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence. This service is a 4 bedroom detached bungalow, everyone has their own room with a large garden at the back. The property is on a cul-de-sac and has a medium garden to the front of the property. Two of the people we support here do volunteer gardening work, and all three enjoy keep fit sessions at the local Rugby Stadium, Aromatherapy, Disco, / Karaoke, Bingo, Cinema, Theatre, Bowling, trips to the park and beaches. The people supported describe themselves as fun, happy, caring and have a good sense of humour. All three have a good relationship with one another but will also speak up if not happy about something.

**Shifts at this service are as follows 9am - 10pm, 9am - 7pm, 7am - 7pm and a Sleep - 10pm -7am.**

**We are looking for colleagues to join the team on a bank basis, covering shifts as and when required. We are looking for colleagues with a driving license.**
