Our vision is to provide outstanding mental health and learning disability services as an employer of choice. Our ambition is to support our service users and carers, our staff and the communities we serve to live healthy and fulfilling lives. We need people like you to help us achieve our goals; to live our lives free from stigma and discrimination; and to improve the lives of people with a learning disability and mental ill health.
We perform well against local and national targets and in our most recent CQC inspection, 85% of our services were rated good or outstanding.
As a teaching trust with strong links to local universities, we are a centre of excellence for teaching, research and development.

The post holder will establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively within the organisation and with external partners. They will prepare and present complex information to varied stakeholders where appropriate, and working with multi-disciplinary teams with a commitment to successful multi-disciplinary partnership working.

They will have the ability to engage, influence and motivate others, encouraging creativity and be open to innovative thinking. They will be a positive thinker, and have a strong commitment to openness, honesty and inclusiveness.

They will have excellent facilitation skills to support teams through improvement projects and achieve measurable outcomes.

They will be able to identify mechanisms to collect and analyse a broad range of complex information, interpreting results and making judgements, and communicating this to varied stakeholder groups.

The post holder will have the ability to manage their own workload and prioritise effectively in a demanding and competing environment, with the ability to work under pressure and exercise a high degree of initiative whilst working independently.

They will have the ability to grasp relevant detail sufficiently to report accurately and identify potential problems. They will ensure improvement programmes are delivered within given timescales and there are sufficient resources to deliver defined outcomes.
