Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics for various sports teams. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality designs that align with our brand identity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and innovative design concepts for sports teams apparel, including but not limited to team jerseys, hoodies, bobble hats, club shop graphics, banners, and advertisements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and graphics using various design software and tools especially illustrator
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity
- Conduct research on current design trends and techniques to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with photography and photo editing software
- Familiarity with E-commerce and Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Shopify and WordPress
- Ability to present and communicate design ideas effectively
- Knowledge of kit designs processes and best practices
- Video editing skills are a plus
- Familiarity with creating patterns is a plus

**Salary**: £27,584.00-£28,600.00 per year
