Graphic Designer

Contract: 12 Months Fixed Contract, with potential to become fulltime

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Heck Food is looking for a talented graphic designer to join our growing team. If you’re a highly motivated designer committed to creating inspiring work, then we’d love for you to get in touch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the wider team to generate ideas, designs, and product concepts
- Reworking existing assets for our website and creating new designs
- Create digital mock-ups and pack shots and liaising with external printers
- Produce eye-catching social media graphics to engage and grow our online audience
- Artwork for events, stand designs, merchandise etc
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts to the marketing team
- Create visual designs for promotional materials, including posters, flyers, banners, presentations, and digital assets
- Maintain consistent branding across all communication channels
- Create new packaging artwork including boxes, sleeves, outer cases for various different print processes
- Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the accurate production of materials
- Create and adapt existing and new packaging artwork correctly, efficiently and to meet all requirements of the brief
- Adhoc design related tasks
- Flexible to help out at shows and events if required

**Job Requirements**
- Design degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in graphic design
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, photoshop, indesign
- Strong portfolio which shows experience with a range of Adobe software
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food and drink industry.
- Understanding of print production processes and specifications.
