**Role Snapshot**Are you interested in learning how to resolve a range of different IT and telephony requests and incidents from staff, councillors, partners, and suppliers. Obtaining experience of providing a professional and customer focused serviceand gain a solid grounding for a future career in IT and Digital spheres? Interested. Then read on.

**What you could be part of**

As well as working for your Level 3 Apprenticeship you would also be working within a busy IT/Digital team using a range of development tools to create solutions for both our internal and external customers.

Covering a wide range of business areas across both Broadland and South Norfolk District Council’s supporting 126,000 properties and a joint electorate of 213,000 we currently receive 363,000 web site page views a month.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Supporting staff with their IT systems
- Assisting resolution of IT issues in a timely and effective manner
- Liaising with user and suppliers of contracted services such as mobile phones, photocopiers and consumables
- Assist in the implementation of new and improving existing office systems
- Encourage users to adopt best practices with regards to our IT systems

**You must have**
- Numeracy and literacy skills, minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- A logical approach to problem solving
- Good IT and communication skills
- Transportation to both primary work locations
- The ability and willingness to study for a Level 3 apprenticeship in a relevant IT Apprenticeship qualification including off the job training opportunities (20%)
