Job Description - Internal Sales Representative

**Job brief**

We are looking for a proactive and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives under pressure and wants to grow their client base.

**What does an Inside Sales Representative do?**

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making a high number of calls per day, working with multiple product groups, overcoming objections, negotiation, and closing sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Qualify customers by using open questioning techniques.
- Close sales and achieve KPI’s.
- Research accounts, identify key decision makers and grow our brand in the marketplace.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects and build long standing relationships with them.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven sales experience.
- Track record of consistently beating targets.
- Strong cold calling experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
