Company Cars Ordering Administrator

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.
**W**HAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
As part of your normal duties, you will
- Liaising with VWG brand contacts on a daily basis
- Factory ordering vehicles on SLI
- Adhering to scheme rules and department processes and procedures
- Answering customer calls, dealing with queries- Assisting with the booking of handover and handback appointments
**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Self-motivated and can work under own initiative
