**Sales Administrator to Service Department**
Hydrafeed are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to work alongside the Technical Team in their Service Department.
Building good relationships with customers and colleagues, they will keep all parties informed of the progress of sales orders/ enquiries/ issues etc.
Sharing responsibility for maintaining a live Priority-Sheet they will understand the importance of ensuring information entered is up-to-date and accurate.
If you have experience of working in a commercial office environment, can process information accurately to set deadlines then we would like to hear from you.
**Main responsibilities**:
- To be the main point of contact for incoming calls to the Service Department, dealing with all calls in a professional manner
- Create quotes for customer spares orders
- Process works orders and raise delivery notes, ensuring orders are priced correctly
- Work closely with credit control to ensure customer account details are accurate, raise proformas and chase payment of these where required
- Take card payments for customer orders
- Distribute jobs to the Field Engineers on a weekly basis
- Book tolls/ hotels / crossings / flights for Hydrafeed staff
- Assist with maintaining an electronic filing system
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
**In return we offer**:
- 36 hours per week: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm; Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm

**About Us**:
Hydrafeed are a precision engineering company based in Milton Keynes, employing approximately 47 members of staff. We sell automation equipment to both OEMs and end-users and have a thriving subcontract manufacturing plant producing parts for, amongst others, the aerospace industry.
