Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Reports to: Client Support Admin TL

Location: Milton Keynes

**Salary**: £26,000 pa

This is an amazing opportunity to join a world leading company in an exciting and varied role. The role is to provide administrative support to both sales and delivery from a UK perspective. This incorporates activities such as: review and process quotes, create contracts, billing and renewals, client queries and cancellations, delivery team timesheets and financials, process improvements, project work, weekly and monthly delivery and financial calls, general duties.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Quotes - review and process quotations ensuring attention to detail on key information.
- Contracts - verify and process signed contracts, create master customer records.
- Helpdesk - collate technical and handover documentation to send to support team.
- Queries - receive and handle billing, renewals, queries, cancellations, licenses from clients.
- Excel - maintain the key excel reports (client list, financials, delivery stats, cancellations).
- Weekly reporting - produce the weekly reports around sales, delivery, cancellations.
- Collaboration - liaise and collaborate across departments (finance, admin, sales, delivery).
- Improvements - review and improve processes (salesforce, client journey, delivery, reporting).
- General - provide general admin support as and when required.
- Projects - undertake specific project work as and when required by management.

Key Skills required:

- Experience of working within a sales admin team is essential - this role is about working to time sensitive workloads, managing your own priorities and working under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong client focus and work ethic
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- Time management and prioritising work & the ability to work well under pressure to hit tight deadlines
- High level of computer skills, especially Word, Excel & Outlook
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be a bonus but not essential

Key Performance Indicators
- General Client support
- To maintain a 24-48 hour resolution time on all administration tasks (WF/PG etc.)
- Sales Administration
- All compliant quote requests to be actioned within 24 hours
- All customer queries to be responded to within 24 hours
