**Job overview**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a cheerful, friendly and patient focused individual to join the Operations team.

The successful postholder will be required to provide an efficient administrative service for our Winter Resilience and Patient Flow Leads.

The post holder should demonstrate a caring and sensitive approach to their work, be a creative thinker and able to clearly communicate with colleagues within the organisation.

Essential skills required for the post include: strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks with effective time management, work calmly under pressure and have strong IT/analytical skills.

This is a fixed term post for up to 6 months working 37.5 hours (negotiable) per week working at Carew House in Bodmin.

**Main duties of the job**:
To provide general day to day administrative support for various key functions within the Patient Flow and Winter Planning Team. The post holder will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive information/data collection and reporting, ensuring it is fit for purpose

The post holder will be required to manage and prioritise their day-to-day work load and use their initiative, without direct supervision, for routine tasks. This will require good organisational skills and the ability to cope with working to tight deadlines and with frequent interruptions. Their approach to their work will need to be flexible.
