Ledwood are looking to recruit an onsite **Procurement Administrator** to support a Project in the **Teesside area**.

**The Role**

Source and procure basic site materials and hire equipment.

The role is to support Site project team with the day-to-day requirements for purchasing the site consumables such as, but not limited to:

- Hand and Power tools
- PPE
- Plant Hire Equipment
- Materials (Steel, Pipe, Bolts, gaskets etc)
- Other direct and indirect products required by the project.

**To utilise the Ledwood Purchasing system (procedures and approved supplier database)**
- Raising and processing purchase requisitions
- placing and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Scanning/ storing delivery notes and certification.

**Assist in maintaining of Projects databases & records in line with Ledwood procedures**:

- Compile and keep an up-to-date register of all onsite company equipment and lease equipment, ensuring equipment certification is valid such as:- Lifting Equipment
- PAT Testing
- Welding consumables
- Plant and equipment
- Vehicles

**Other / Miscellaneous duties**
- Actively be responsible for the total cost of ownership and cost of inventory for onsite materials and equipment, while maintaining quality and avoiding any unplanned stock-outs and downtime by working closely with the on site store person, material controllers and management team.

**Qualifications & Experience Requirements**
- Degree / Diploma or equivalent in either Supply Chain / Procurement desired
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or within Oil & Gas industry.
- Competent and efficient with Microsoft Office software and computer skills.

The position will be based onsite.

This role will report into the onsite Project Manager on a day to day basis and will be overseen/ supported by the Head Office Procurement Manager.

**Working Hours**:44 - 49 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the potential to increase to weekend working at a later date and to suit the project requirements.

**Duration**:Starting ASAP through until January/February 2024.

**Rate of Pay**: Depending on experience, this will be discussed with each applicant.
