**The Opportunity**

An amazing **no-experience** required opportunity, to join the Sales team as **Junior Sales Administrator** at Shnuggle, an international consumer products brand.

**About the Role**

As **Junior Sales administrator**, you would work directly under the Sales Director to maintain and grow our trade accounts in the UK, learning all the skills of managing trade accounts such as Mamas & Papas, John Lewis and Smyths toys.

The ideal person for this role would be confident, well spoken and outgoing. Have a can-do attitude and be comfortable contacting trade customers by phone on a regular basis.

In this role you will learn essential skills, including;
- Processing trade orders,
- Creating and sending invoices,
- Analysing account performance to find opportunity,
- Sending product information, samples and training materials,
- Attend trade shows in the UK and Ireland,
- Managing customer information on Excel and CRM systems.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Accurate and efficient entry of new orders into our sales system.
- Working with the **Commercial Director** to ensure orders are received correctly.
- Supporting **Sales Team** with administrative duties as required.

**Essential Skills & Experince;**
- Demonstrable strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn and manage different order processing systems.

**Qualifications, Salary and benefits**

- GSCE’s - A minimum of C in Maths & English.
- (Optional) Any experience in a sales role.

**Location**

The job is office based in **Northern Ireland**, Newtownards, BT22 2RH, therefore applicants must be able to make their own way to the office, where the working hours are 08:30 - 17:00 Mon-Fri.

**Only applicants already located in Northern Ireland will be considered for this role.**

Closing Date is 12pm on Friday 5th April 2024, with interviews to follow.

The position is available for an immediate start.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
