Sales Advisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including wine and other store products
- Assist with sales, stock control, and housekeeping duties as required
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment
- Comply with company regulations and procedures, including cash handling and administration
Requirements
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
- WSET Foundation Certificate
- Previous experience of cash handling and stock control
- Interest and/or knowledge of wine
