Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at Sports Direct. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the right products to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Process cash transactions and operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
  • Restock shelves and ensure products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Support the team in achieving store targets and promotions, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for sports, fashion, and fitness, with a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not essential.
