This market leading business continues to go from strength to strength. Their brand is widely admired and they continue to innovate and push into new categories. They are looking for a high calibre National Account Controller or Business Account Manager to come and join their fast growing business. This organisation is passionate about people and career development and can offer individuals the opportunity to continue to grow and develop their career.

The role will involve:

- Manage the full P & L of the channel
- Deliver budgeted sales and Profit
- Propose, negotiate and execute annual business plans with all key retailers
- Gaining market share through innovation and management of trade and promotional activities
- Drive NPD and Innovation
- Detailed customer analysis on revenue and growth opportunities, with implementation of corresponding strategic plans
- Exceptional cross functional working, particularly with marketing to identify and execute our branded activities with excellence

Building strong customer relationships, negotiating business plans and identifying and analysing category and product opportunities that meet customer needs will come naturally to you. Financially confident you will possess extremely high levels of commercial acumen and the ability to influence your team to meet stretching targets and plans. With a strong track record of success, you will have been influential where ever you have been, entrepreneurial in approach you will possess a growth mindset.

You will be energetic in approach with a tenacious and team playing attitude. An articulate pitching style you will be renowned for your presentation skills and the ability to develop strong collaborative relationships. For the right commercially astute individual, this is a phenomenal opportunity for personal and professional growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £90,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
