Dynapac UK Ltd is looking for a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to support the sales team. This will be a permanent role, which is being created due to continued growth within the business. The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance to the sales team, as well as working on marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing initiatives. This role would suit someone who is highly organized, with excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in a sales administration role would be an advantage, however, we can provide training and support for the right person with the right attitude.

**THE ROLE**

**Sales Support**:
Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and coordinating sales appointments

Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and sales reports

Collaborate with sales representatives to follow up on leads and track sales activities in CRM

Managing the process of orders and shipments for new machines.

Track stock levels respond to stock requirements enquires

Check data accuracy in orders and invoices while processing

Communicate important feedback from customers internally.

**Marketing**:
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
Maintain CRM database by updating customer information, tracking interactions, and generating reports for sales and marketing analysis

Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries and requests.

**Administrative Tasks**:
Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies

Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and other marketing activities

Help maintain marketing collateral inventory and ensure materials are up-to-date and readily available.

General office admin support

Provide support to other departments when needed

**The person we are looking for**:
Competent with general IT

Good telephone manner

Social media experience

Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads

Excellent written and verbal communication

Confident in dealing with customers and international colleagues

Superb customer service skills (internal and external)

Potential to develop the role and the person as the business grows.

Potential for international travel to group facilities

Growth potential within the local business and internationally.

**PACKAGE AND BENEFITS**
- Salary £25,000
- Potential additional bonus related to company results (not guaranteed)
- Monday-Friday (37 hours per week/ Part time considered)
